• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• By using our services, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including WhatsApp and TCPA consent requirements.

After creating your account, you get access to:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent your identity, location, income, or household information
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI outputs without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent subscription trials, payment systems, or rate limits
• Interfere with service operations, APIs, servers, or security systems

4. Restricted & Prohibited Use

You may not input, request, or generate content that includes or promotes:

• Adult / Sexual Content: Pornography, nudity, explicit acts, escort or fetish material
• Violence / Weapons: Murder, assault, terrorism, weapons creation, threats of harm
• Drugs / Substances: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unapproved medication sales
• Self-Harm / Suicide: Content depicting or promoting self-harm or suicide
• Hate / Discrimination: Racism, hate speech, extremist content, attacks on any group
• Scams / Fraud: Hacking, phishing, fake IDs, money laundering, credit card fraud
• Child Exploitation: Any material involving minors or child endangerment

5. Intellectual Property

• AI software, algorithms, branding, and platform infrastructure are proprietary property of Skyline Digitech LLC.
• Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use generated blueprints for personal use only.
• Program information is compiled from public sources; our value is in curation, personalization, and eligibility validation.
• Strictly prohibited: Reselling, redistributing, scraping, or training external AI models using LifeHustle outputs.

6. Subscriptions & Payments Updated

• $1 sign-up fee provides a 7-day free trial with access to all 8 categories.
• During trial: 3 blueprints total — each blueprint is a personalized report for one life category.
• After trial, subscriptions auto-renew at $34.99/month (original price $49.99) unless canceled before midnight (your local time) on Day 7.
• Premium subscription: 5 blueprints per day — generate new reports across different categories daily.
• Reminders sent via WhatsApp on Day 3, Day 6, and 1 hour before renewal.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard (one click) or by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp.
• Billing occurs in advance. Plan changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• You must maintain a valid payment method for continued access.

6.5 Blueprint Quotas & Usage New

A blueprint is a personalized report showing programs you qualify for, application templates, and next steps for one specific life category (Financial, Housing, Health, etc.).

Quota reset: Trial quota resets never — it’s a total of 3 for the entire 7-day period. Premium quotas reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused blueprints do not roll over to the next day.

You can view previously generated blueprints anytime without consuming additional quota.

7. Refunds Updated

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Key highlights:

• 2-hour change-of-mind window: Available if you haven’t accessed any program matches or used any blueprints.
• 24-hour window: For verified technical failures preventing blueprint generation.
• No refunds for subscription renewals after the new month has begun (though you can cancel to stop future charges).

9. WhatsApp Communication Updated

• By providing your phone number or using WhatsApp links, you consent to automated and human communication via WhatsApp.
• We use WhatsApp for: trial reminders (Day 3, Day 6, 1 hour before renewal), support conversations, and occasional benefit updates (1-2 per month).
• Reply “STOP” to opt out of promotional messages. Service-related messages (e.g., renewal reminders) will continue.
• Message frequency: Typically 3-7 messages during your 7-day trial, then 1-2 per month after.
• Standard messaging rates apply per your carrier plan.
• We comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and TCPA regulations.

10. Disclaimers & No SLA

• All AI outputs are informational only — not professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
• We do not guarantee continuous uptime, 100% accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
• Users should independently verify critical information with official program administrators.
• Program availability and eligibility criteria change; we update in real time but cannot guarantee real-world outcomes.

11. Liability Limitations

• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months prior to a claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, payment processors, etc.).

12. Termination

• Violations of these Terms, moderation bypass, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.
• No refunds for termination due to user misconduct.
• Terminated accounts lose access to stored blueprints and data.

13. Service Changes

• Features, pricing, or AI tools may change. Major updates will be notified 30 days in advance via email or dashboard.
• We reserve the right to modify or limit access to ensure compliance and platform integrity.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

• All disputes resolved via binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
• Arbitration location: Sheridan County, Wyoming.
• You waive rights to jury trials, class actions, and class arbitrations.
• Each party bears its own arbitration fees and costs.
• Claims must be filed within 1 year of the incident.

15. NGO Verification Process New

We verify nonprofits using a multi-factor reliability scoring system:

• Transparency: Public reporting, financial documents, active status
• Track record: Years in operation, user feedback
• Verification: Cross-referenced with public databases and state registries

Organizations with scores above 70 are included. Scores are displayed for transparency (e.g., “85/100”). This verification is informational and does not constitute an endorsement. We encourage users to perform their own due diligence.

16. AI Transparency & Data Retention

• All program matches and eligibility assessments are AI-generated based on public data and your profile.
• Our AI validates eligibility by comparing your income, location, and household against program requirements.
• User inputs, generated matches, blueprint usage quotas, and interaction data retained for 90 days for compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Blueprint quota tracking data (used/remaining blueprints) is stored to enforce your plan limits.
• After 90 days, personal data is anonymized or deleted unless legal retention is required.
• Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be used indefinitely for AI training and optimization.
• WhatsApp communications stored for 2 years for compliance and service continuity.

17. User-Generated Content

• By submitting testimonials, screenshots, or feedback, you grant permission for use in marketing and product showcases.
• You may revoke consent or request deletion anytime via skylindigitechllc@gmail.com.
