1. Eligibility
- Must be 18+ to subscribe; ages 13–17 only with verified parental consent.
- Users must provide accurate, lawful, and current information.
- By using our services, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws and WhatsApp/TCPA consent regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or affiliation.
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI outputs without written permission.
- Circumvent subscriptions, trials, payment systems, or rate limits.
- Interfere with Service operations, APIs, servers, or security systems.
3. Restricted & Prohibited Use
To maintain compliance and platform safety, you may not input, request, or generate content that includes or promotes:
- Adult / Sexual Content: Pornography, nudity, explicit sexual acts, escort or fetish material.
- Violence / Weapons: Murder, assault, terrorism, use or creation of weapons, or threats of physical harm.
- Drugs / Substances: Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unapproved medication sales.
- Self-Harm / Suicide: Content depicting or promoting self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.
- Hate / Discrimination: Racism, hate speech, extremist content, or attacks on any group or individual.
- Scams / Fraud: Hacking, phishing, fake IDs, money laundering, credit card fraud, or illegal data access.
- Child Exploitation / Abuse: Any material involving minors, child endangerment, or sexualized content.
- Occult / Dangerous Acts: Ritual harm, biohazard instructions, or malicious code generation.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, data deletion, and potential legal reporting.
4. Content Moderation & Security
- LifeHustle employs automated and human moderation systems to detect and filter prohibited or unsafe content.
- The Service may block, flag, or review inputs and outputs that trigger sensitive or restricted categories.
- Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent bans without refund.
- We reserve the right to log flagged activity for compliance, fraud prevention, and system integrity.
- Attempting to bypass keyword filters, security systems, or moderation layers is strictly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for their AI inputs and agree that generated blueprints remain subject to moderation and legal compliance review.
5. Intellectual Property
- AI software, algorithms, branding, and platform infrastructure are proprietary property of Skyline Digitech LLC.
- Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use generated blueprints for personal benefit applications.
- Blueprint content (benefit information, program details) is compiled from public sources; our value is in curation and personalization.
- Strictly prohibited: Reselling, redistributing, scraping, or training external AI models using LifeHustle outputs.
- Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- $1 trial provides 3 personalized blueprints for 7 days.
- After trial, subscriptions auto-renew at $49/month unless canceled via WhatsApp “STOP” or dashboard cancellation.
- WhatsApp reminders sent on Day 3, Day 6, and 1 hour before renewal.
- Billing occurs in advance; plan changes apply to next billing cycle.
- Promotional bonuses or discounts are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Users must maintain valid payment methods for continued service access.
7. Refunds
- Refunds governed exclusively by our Refund & Returns Policy.
- 2-hour window for change of mind (no blueprints generated).
- 24-hour window for verified technical failures.
- No refunds for generated blueprints or subscription renewals.
- Refunds approved based on objective criteria, not subjective discretion.
8. Privacy
See Privacy Policy for GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent logging, cookies, and blueprint data retention (90 days).
9. WhatsApp Communication & Automation
- By using WhatsApp links or providing your number, you consent to automated and human communication via WhatsApp.
- We automatically capture WhatsApp numbers for service delivery, reminders, and support.
- Communication includes: trial reminders, upgrade notifications, benefit updates, and support responses.
- Reply “STOP” to opt-out of promotional messages; service-related messages will continue.
- Message frequency varies based on service activity; typically 3-7 messages weekly during active service periods.
- Standard messaging rates apply per your carrier plan; we are not responsible for carrier charges.
- Message and data rates may apply for WhatsApp usage depending on your mobile plan.
- We comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and TCPA regulations for automated messaging.
By using our WhatsApp services, you explicitly consent to this communication method and data collection.
10. Disclaimers & No SLA
- All AI outputs are informational only; not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
- No guarantee of continuous uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
- Users should independently verify outputs before taking action.
11. Liability Limitations
- Liability limited to total subscription fees paid in the prior 3 months.
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways).
12. Termination
- Violations of Terms, moderation bypass, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- No refunds for termination due to user misconduct or breach.
- Terminated accounts lose access to stored blueprints and UGC.
13. Service Changes
- Features, pricing, or AI tools may change; major updates will be notified 30 days in advance via email or dashboard.
- We reserve the right to modify or limit access to ensure compliance and platform integrity.
14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- All disputes resolved via binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
- Arbitration location: Sheridan County, Wyoming.
- Users waive rights to jury trials, class actions, and class arbitrations.
- Each party bears own arbitration fees and costs.
- Claims must be filed within 1 year of the incident.
15. Export Control & Sanctions
- Users must comply with all U.S. export control, sanctions, and international trade laws.
- Do not use or distribute LifeHustle services in violation of any export restriction or embargo.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyline Digitech LLC, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, violations, or breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Wyoming law.
- All disputes must first be addressed via skylinedigitechllc@gmail.com before arbitration proceedings.
18. AI Transparency & Data Retention
- All outputs are AI-generated; users should independently verify accuracy before taking action.
- User inputs, generated blueprints, and interaction data retained for 90 days for:
- Compliance and fraud prevention
- Service improvement and personalization
- Dispute resolution and quality assurance
- After 90 days, personal data is anonymized or deleted unless legal retention required.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable data used indefinitely for AI training and service optimization.
- WhatsApp communications stored for 2 years for compliance and service continuity.
19. User-Generated Content (UGC) Consent
- By submitting testimonials, screenshots, or feedback, users grant permission for use in marketing and product showcases.
- Users may revoke consent or request deletion anytime via skylinedigitechllc@gmail.com.
