2. WhatsApp Communication Updated

3. Purpose of Processing Updated
- Eligibility Validation: We process your income, household size, and location data to run AI-powered eligibility checks against thousands of federal, state, and local programs. This is core to our service and requires this data to function.
- Blueprint Quota Management: Track your blueprint usage to enforce plan limits (3 total during trial, 5 per day on premium) and ensure fair access.

3.5 Blueprint Quotas & Tracking New
To ensure fair usage of our platform and enforce your subscription limits, we track:
- Number of blueprints generated during your trial period (limit: 3 total)
- Daily blueprint count for premium subscribers (limit: 5 per day)
- Categories accessed for each blueprint (Financial, Housing, Health, etc.)
- Generation timestamps to enforce daily resets at midnight UTC
- Quota reset tracking to ensure unused blueprints don’t roll over
This data is used exclusively to enforce your plan limits and ensure all users have fair access to our AI-powered blueprint generation service. Quota data is retained for 90 days and is never shared with third parties.
Your quotas: Trial: 3 blueprints total • Premium: 5 blueprints per day at $34.99/month (was $49.99)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Consent: explicit opt-in via WhatsApp/funnel or account signup
- Contract: for subscription delivery and payment processing
- Legal obligation: compliance with US federal/state laws

5. Sharing & Disclosure

- Refund-related data: If our system finds zero programs matched to your situation and you request a refund under our “Nothing Found” guarantee, we retain your profile data for 30 days to process the refund and prevent duplicate accounts, after which it is anonymized.
