2. WhatsApp Communication Updated

• TCPA Compliance: We comply with Telephone Consumer Protection Act regulations for automated messaging.
• Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to any message to opt out. Opting out of WhatsApp messages does not affect your account or your ability to use our services.
• Carrier Charges: Standard messaging rates apply; we are not responsible for carrier fees. Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without providing a WhatsApp number.
• Data Usage: WhatsApp numbers used exclusively for LifeHustleAI service delivery and support. Not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you provide your WhatsApp number and consent on our demo page, we will use it to send you:

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of WhatsApp messages does not affect your account or your ability to use our services.

3. Purpose of Processing Updated

• Eligibility Validation: We process your income, household size, and location data to run AI-powered eligibility checks against thousands of federal, state, and local programs. This is core to our service and requires this data to function.
• Blueprint Quota Management: Track your blueprint usage to enforce plan limits (3 total during trial, 5 per day on premium) and ensure fair access.
• Deliver personalized program matches across 7 categories
• Customer support via email/WhatsApp
• Trial, subscription, and payment management
• AI personalization and service improvement
• Fraud, abuse, and compliance monitoring
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Marketing, UGC display, and social proof (with consent)

3.5 Blueprint Quotas & Tracking New

To ensure fair usage of our platform and enforce your subscription limits, we track:

• Number of blueprints generated during your trial period (limit: 3 total)
• Daily blueprint count for premium subscribers (limit: 5 per day)
• Categories accessed for each blueprint (Financial, Housing, Health, etc.)
• Generation timestamps to enforce daily resets at local midnight
• Quota reset tracking to ensure unused blueprints don't roll over

This data is used exclusively to enforce your plan limits and ensure all users have fair access to our AI-powered blueprint generation service. Quota data is retained for 90 days and is never shared with third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Consent: explicit opt-in via consent checkbox on our demo page or account signup
• Contract: for subscription delivery and payment processing
• Legal obligation: compliance with US federal/state laws
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service improvement, marketing with consent

5. Sharing & Disclosure

• Payment Processors: Stripe/PayPal receive payment data per their privacy policies; we don't store full payment details.

• UGC: Retained until consent revocation or deletion request
• Audit logs: 2 years for security and compliance
• Refund-related data: If our system finds zero programs matched to your situation and you request a refund under our "Nothing Found" guarantee, we retain your profile data for 30 days to process the refund and prevent duplicate accounts, after which it is anonymized.

10. Children's Privacy Updated

• Our service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
• If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

• Third-party AI services process inputs and outputs to generate personalized program matches, eligibility assessments, and blueprints.
• Outputs are informational; verify accuracy with official program administrators before taking action.
• Inputs temporarily stored for 90 days for audit, service delivery, quota tracking, and improvement.
• We do not use your personal data to train external AI models. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be used for our own service improvement.
