After 7 days, your trial auto-renews at $34.99/month (original price $49.99) unless canceled before midnight on Day 7.

📊 Blueprint Quotas Explained

A blueprint is your personalized report showing programs you qualify for, application templates, and next steps for one life category.

What counts as a blueprint? Each time you request a personalized report for a specific category (e.g., Housing, Health, Financial), it counts as one blueprint. You can view previously generated blueprints anytime without using additional quotas.

2. 🔄 When We Refund Your $1

We issue refunds in these specific situations:

📍 Situation A: “Nothing in Your Area” Guarantee

• You complete your profile (income, location, household).
• Our system scans thousands of programs and finds zero matches for your situation.
• We refund your $1 — no questions asked.

⚙️ Situation B: System Error Prevents Access

• Verified technical error prevents blueprint generation.
• We can’t resolve it within 24 hours.
• Full refund issued automatically.

💬 Situation C: You Change Your Mind (Within 2 Hours)

• Request submitted within 2 hours of payment.
• No programs accessed during that period.
• Proof of payment provided via WhatsApp or email.
• Refund processed to original payment method.

3. 🔄 Trial & Subscription Details

• $1 sign-up fee — 7 days of full platform access with 3 blueprints total.
• Renewal — $34.99/month (was $49.99) on Day 8 unless canceled before midnight (your local time) on Day 7.
• Premium quota — 5 blueprints per day after trial.
• Reminders — We send WhatsApp reminders on Day 3, Day 6, and 1 hour before renewal.
• Cancellation — Cancel anytime from your dashboard (one click) or by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp. No hoops, no phone calls.
• Post-renewal — Subscriptions are non-refundable once the next month has begun and you’ve had access. (You can still cancel to stop future charges.)

If your service is delivered but delayed or partially impacted, we issue service credits instead of refunds:

• Blueprint generation delays exceeding 30 minutes
• Platform uptime drops below 95% during your access period
• Verified delivery or access failures (partial)

No action required — credits are applied automatically to future months and never expire.

5. 📩 How to Request a Refund

If you qualify under any of the situations above:
