💳 Refund and Returns Policy

1. ⚡ Immediate Consumption Disclaimer

Each blueprint is a unique, one-time digital service.

• Once a blueprint is generated, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled.
• No refunds apply to any generated blueprints, regardless of satisfaction or time elapsed.
• Blueprints may be accessed via web, WhatsApp, or email; delivery through any of these channels counts as fulfillment.

2. ⏱ 2-Hour Change-of-Mind Window

Refunds may be issued only under the following strict conditions:

• Refund request submitted within 2 hours of payment.
• No blueprints generated or accessed during that period.
• Proof of payment provided via WhatsApp or email.

Technical Fairness Clause

If verified system errors prevent blueprint generation, the refund window extends to 24 hours. We proactively monitor for delivery failures and issue prompt refunds for confirmed undelivered services.

While we automate refund processing where possible, all refunds remain subject to verification and system capabilities.

3. 🎁 Service Credits for Performance Issues

If services are delivered but delayed or partially impacted, we issue service credits instead of refunds.

• Blueprint generation delays exceeding 30 minutes.
• Platform uptime drops below 95%.
• Verified delivery or access failures.

No user action required — credits are applied automatically to future services and never expire.

4. 🔄 Trial & Subscription Terms

• $1 Trial grants 3 personalized blueprints for 7 days.
• Trial auto-renews to $49/month Premium on Day 8 unless canceled before midnight on Day 7.
• WhatsApp reminders are sent on Day 3, Day 6, and 1 hour before renewal.
• Cancel instantly anytime by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or using the dashboard.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once blueprints are generated or renewal has processed.

⚠️ All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

5. 📩 How to Request a Refund

Refunds within the 2-hour window only:

• Message “REFUND” via WhatsApp or email support@skylinedigitech.com.
• Include subject: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
• Attach payment proof and timestamp of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. 🛡️ Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

• Please contact us before filing a dispute; most issues are resolved within hours.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and future service ineligibility.
• We maintain system logs of blueprint generation, access timestamps, and payment confirmations to verify delivery.

7. ⚖️ U.S. Consumer Protection

This policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws. If we fail to deliver the service due to verified platform error, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under consumer protection statutes.
