The Story
We built this because we watched friends and family struggle while billions in aid went unclaimed.
The information was out there — but it was locked in PDFs, spread across hundreds of .gov websites, and written in language nobody understands.
So we built an engine that searches, checks, and organizes it for you.
What We Actually Do
You tell us your location, situation, and what you need.
We search live across government and nonprofit sources, check each result against the requirements it actually states, and remove anything with a clear eligibility conflict before you see it.
We don't stop at one category. A search for housing help often turns up food, utility, or legal resources too — we surface those as well.
What "Checked" Means Here
We use a few different terms on this site, and we want them to mean something specific:
- Found — the program came up in a live search of government and nonprofit sources for your area
- Checked — the program's stated requirements were compared against what you told us
- Not shown — a program with a clear eligibility conflict, or one that appears inactive, is removed before you ever see it
- Possible match — sometimes a program doesn't list clear requirements; we still show it, marked as unconfirmed, so you can check yourself
We'd rather tell you exactly what we did than use one vague word for all of it.
